Extensive experience with Quality and Regulatory Compliance system; well versed in Six Sigma and Project management, Lean Enterprise, Strategic Planning, Automation, Environmental Health and Safety programs. Extensive experience in Local and Central Government business collaboration and relationship both PR and International.
Holds a BS Chemical Engineering from the University of Puerto Rico, Mayaguez Campus.
