A high-capacity leader and business strategist with experience orchestrating best-in-class integrate marketing campaigns that help consumer products organizations increase their brand awareness in the Hispanic markets in the US and abroad.
Hector is a community leader dedicate to work on important issues affecting the Hispanic in South Florida. He is the founder and former president of The Puerto Rican Professional Association of South Florida (PROFESA) and co-founder of the Puerto Rican Leadership Council.
A former Director of the local programs for the National Puerto Rican Forum in New York city from 1974 to 1984.
